A graduate of the hotel school in Spa, Elisabeth began her career as an administrative worker for a telecommunications company.
This mother of two children with no significant experience as a chef quickly began a major challenge and opened her own gourmet restaurant.
A few years later, Elisabeth opened a new establishment in the Liège region. This modern restaurant, decorated in an industrial style, offers bistronomy.
“It was a real life project. I designed it from start to finish, from the kitchen to the décor, including the communication. It was successful and along with my daughter, we managed a team of 7 people. When my daughter decided to spread her wings and make a career change, I decided to stop”, explains Elisabeth.

Originally from Spa, Elisabeth desired a real
return to her roots and now works as a Head Chef at CERAN.
“I enjoy nature, the forest and anything that comes from the earth. For me, these are real sources of inspiration just like travel. I am also sensitive to the environment and the origin of the products that I work with. At CERAN, we develop in a magnificent setting. We offer gastronomic cooking and everything is homemade. The menus change with the seasons. We strive for excellence on a daily basis to treat our guests”, says Elisabeth.
Passionate about her work and by art in general, Elisabeth indulges in painting, sewing and reading.
She also unwinds by practising different sports such as running, horse riding, swimming or even cycling.
