Language classes for teenagers. Immersion that changes everything.
Much more than a traditional course: your child experiences the language in everyday life. For over 50 years, CERAN has been supporting young people with an intensive immersion method designed to develop fluency, confidence… and natural reflexes.

When the language becomes natural
At CERAN, a summer language camp in Belgium is much more than just a few hours of lessons.
The language accompanies young learners throughout the entire day: during activities, meals, conversations and group projects.
This continuous immersion helps your child to:
- speak more spontaneously
- gain confidence when speaking
- progress faster
- develop real language reflexes
With 28 lessons per week and small groups, each participant practices more… and progresses more actively.

An immersion experience from morning to night
The language never stays theoretical. Your child practices it:
- during lessons
- during activities
- in everyday life on campus
- alongside international students
This constant practice creates lasting reflexes and more natural progress.

All the answers.
In all transparency.
We explain everything to you: supervision, safety, levels, organization and follow-up.
Internships are available in English, French, Dutch, and German. Other languages are organized on request (Spanish, Italian,...). Our online courses are available in 11 languages.
Courses generally start on the last Sunday in June. The last week of classes ends at the end of the 3rd week of August.
A week already creates a feeling of ease and allows real progress. Two to three weeks make it possible to anchor linguistic mechanisms more permanently and to pass at least one European level. Our students stay for an average of just over two weeks. It depends on the goals, the travel time and the investment required to join us.
Yes. Total immersion (lessons + meals + activities) makes it possible to set up oral automations more quickly than an internship or a traditional course. Each week includes 28 structured lessons, in small groups of up to 9 students per level. Your children practice more in one week than in a year at school.
The progression is validated by a personal competence assessment at the end of the internship on the CEFR (official European framework).
The residential campus (Saint-Roch, Ferrières — Belgium) is fully supervised 24 hours a day by qualified teaching and animation teams during the day and by our guardian angels at night.
The supervision ratio is the highest (≈ 1 adult for 3 young people).
Clear protocols, accessibility records, a secure environment and support during excursions are in place.
Children are housed on campus, in single or shared rooms, with a continuous supervision presence day and night.
Meals and breaks are included and taken in the target language with our trainers and animators to extend the immersion. Specific diets (vegetarian, allergies, medical needs) are carefully considered.
Young people live, eat and learn in the target language, supervised by trainers and animators. They are stimulated in a natural way and interact with other international students in the target language.
