If I had been surrounded by French people, I would surely have spoken French during the breaks... but here, impossible! We played the game to the fullest: English from morning to night. Result? More ease, more confidence, and an unforgettable human experience.

Nearly forty years after my first French lessons, I decided to reappropriate this language to better collaborate with my French-speaking colleagues. My intensive stay at CERAN in Spa was decisive. Thanks to committed teachers and a caring group, I have progressed and regained confidence. And that is only the beginning.

We structure our international training courses around a “glocal” model combining global coherence and local adaptation. This is my fourth time at CERAN, and I keep coming back because I improve every year. Learning here is different — we interact constantly with teachers, activity leaders and friends. Mornings are for lessons, afternoons for sports and activities. You progress faster while having fun. I’ve truly improved my English here.

In a few days, CERAN allowed me to reactivate my vocabulary, the construction of sentences... And last night, I dreamed in Dutch. I did not fully understand my dream, but in any case, it is there.

This is my second time at CERAN, and I came back to improve my French even more. We work in small groups in the morning and enjoy varied activities like theatre and sports in the afternoon. The atmosphere is positive and immersive. I now understand others more easily and have significantly expanded my vocabulary.

Our daughter already studies in Dutch immersion at school, but we wanted full immersion. At CERAN, she speaks Dutch all day, in class and beyond. That’s how confidence grows and fluency becomes natural. Beyond learning, she experienced a beautiful campus, new friendships and a life-changing environment.

We collaborate with CERAN for language courses for our senior managers and expatriate employees.
