What we are looking for

Self-employed (freelance)

Intercultural Trainer and/or Coach

Description of the criteria required to apply for this position

Bilingual
Mastery of the main concepts, models and theories of interculturality
Previous experience as a consultant/trainer
Excellent communication, presentation and teaching skills
Significant experience of working abroad / with multinationals
High-level academic training
Ability to work in complete confidentiality, sense of empathy and diplomacy
Ability to adapt
ICF certification (for coaches only)
