All CERAN language courses are eligible for financial aid for language training! This financial aid comes in different forms and varies from country to country and sometimes from region to region. Whereas in Belgium, there are training vouchers, the training allowance, the KMO-portefeuille (SME e-wallet) subsidy, the Brawo grants and the IPV-IFP sector grants, in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the training course is co-financed and in France the CPF, or Personal Training Account, is used. Certain intercultural training courses are also sometimes eligible for grants or subsidies.

René Bastin created CERAN in 1975 upon their return from a 10-year stint abroad in Burundi. At the Château du Haut-Neubois, they created a place for teaching foreign languages in a context of international encounters. Monique & René were pioneers and went on to develop a new methodology for learning a foreign language, an innovative and interactive methodology based on the principles of immersion. This is still the recipe for our success today. CERAN, Centre d'Etude et de Rencontre à Nivezé (Centre for Studies and Encounters at Nivezé), was born!

The quality of the working environment we offer is also guaranteed by the certifications and labels awarded to CERAN. Qualiopi & DataDock in France and in Belgium Qfor, Patented Supplier to the Court of Belgium. For each of these labels, the quality of the working environment is one of the essential criteria for obtaining certification.
Accessibility of our venues for all. CERAN is committed to supporting people with disabilities in their language learning, to the extent of its reception capacity.
