Our Learn@Lunch program is a language training dedicated to a group formed with the same desire to perfect a common working language. It is the perfect program to develop your language skills and those of your team. as well as to develop a team spirit! This training is an intra-company formula dedicated to your group which allows all confidentiality of the content and exchanges. The desire to improve your skills in a foreign language is there, however you have little time. So opt for an efficient language learning formula. Our Learn@Lunch program will delight you! This is a 100% tailor-made intra-company formula that meets the communication needs common to a constituted group, yours. Thanks to the stimulating interactions of group lessons, Learners quickly develop mastery of the chosen language while creating real team cohesion around this language. This formula is characterized by its great flexibility and its great adaptability to the agendas of the Participants.

Getting your training financed

As an added incentive, you can co-finance your Learn@Lunch training! Indeed, there are several ways of financing language training. This aid varies from one country to another and sometimes from one region to another. In the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, we talk about co-financing the training and in France we talk about the CPF. In Belgium, these aids take the form of training vouchers, training bonuses, KMO-portefeuille aid, Brawo aid or IPV-IFP sectoral aid.

Methodology

The CERAN method was conceived and created by Monique and René Bastin, the founders of the Group, in 1975. Benjamin Franklin summed it up perfectly with his quote: "Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn". This language learning technique, which is unique to us, has been in a process of perpetual improvement since its creation, a process that always puts the human being at the center of its concerns!

Find a program adapted to your needs

This Learn@Lunch language training program is a way to develop your language skills in 11 languages: Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. In small groups of 2 to 6 participants, you will meet regularly with your trainer, a native speaker of the language studied, during lunchtime training sessions. Prior to the program, you will work out the specific communication needs of the group in consultation with your trainer, who will then work on the topics mentioned.
