Access to the student’s portal MyCERAN

Dear parents,

In order for your child to get the most out of his/her training, please log in to the myCERAN student’s portal following the steps below and ensure that your child has access to the password during their stay at CERAN.

Step 1 – Before the start of the course, you will receive an email confirming your child’s enrolment at CERAN with the invoice and a temporary link to the MyCERAN, the student’s portal.

Click on the link and when you log in for the first time: click on the “log in” button, choose your “username” and “password”.

It is advisable to enter the email address of the child or parents.

We recommend that you add the portal address to your favourites so that you can log in again later (via the “Login”)

Thanks to the icon at the top right of the screen, it is possible to change the display language and choose English.

Step 1.1 – Once you have created your account, you can now login to myCERAN

Step 2 – In the profile, validate, and if necessary complete, the information relating to personal, medical data, special needs and regarding the person to contact in case of emergency.

For parents, it is imperative to complete the section entitled “Juniors – Information to be completed for residential stays at CERAN Juniors (9 – 17 years old)”

Once completed, please click on the update button.

Step 3 – Back to the home page – take a few minutes to watch the video presentation of MyCERAN.

You will have access to :

  • the language assessment test (First Steps),
  • practical information on preparing for your language stay, a grammar book, a charter entitled Attitude and Commitment (Resources),
  • the transfer request form (Transport)
  • confirmation of the chosen programme (Planning)
  • a satisfaction questionnaire and your end-of-course skills assessment (Last Steps).

Step 4 – Click on the First Steps icon and ask your child to :

  • read the “Assessment Guidelines”,
  • complete the ‘Learning Profile’,
  • answer the ‘Initial Test’.

Step 5 – Back to the home page, click on the Resources icon and read the document containing important information for the stay entitled Practical Information. The Attitude and Commitment Charter must be signed and handed in on arrival at CERAN.

Step 6– If you have requested a transfer service from the airport or train station to CERAN, please inform the arrival and/or return details in the Transport file.

Step 7 – Check that the programme and dates of your child’s stay are correct in the Planning file, otherwise contact us at customer@ceran.com

Step 8 – At the end of the course, your child will be able to complete a satisfaction questionnaire available under the Last Steps icon. Approximately 10 days after the end of the course, your child will have access to his/her Skills Assessment indicating his/her progress in the chosen language, what he/she has learnt and what he/she needs to work on.
