“I like to follow things through to the end.”
Luc M., Maintenance Worker - CERAN BELGIUM | Spa

After having undertaken carpentry studies and worked in this field for four years, Luc began working at CERAN in 2000 with the desire to do different things and continue to learn.

“I am proud to work at CERAN.”

“My parents were both working in telecommunications. My grandfather was a carpenter. Seeing him work on his machines at home certainly made me want to work with my hands. Today, I am proud to work at CERAN, to show customers the quality of our site and to be able to answer all technical requests. Maintaining a site with an infrastructure like ours (45 training rooms, 71 rooms, a wellness area, a tennis court, a multi-sports field and a 8.5-hectare park) is a real challenge. ”, Luc says.
At CERAN, one could say that Luc is the man for the job. Day after day, he makes sure that the property and its exteriors are impeccable, down to the smallest details: lawn mowing, technical assistance, room layout, ... are part of his daily life.

A father to two boys, he met his companion Nathalie at CERAN. The well-being of his loved ones is one of his priorities and he has undertaken to expand his house to provide more comfort to his family. “I enjoy spending time with my children. They like to help me with work around the house. I also play a lot of board games with them, we go cycling, we watch old movies, especially Louis de Funès... It allows me to relax with them. When the works are finished, I plan to play football again. It's a sport that I’ve played from an early age...”, says Luc.

If Luc has always loved cooking, barbecues are his speciality. For him to share convivial moments with his family, friends and colleagues is a real source of pleasure.
Passionate about major historical events, he loves war movies. Among his big dreams: to visit a real submarine. The operation and life on board such a machine really intrigue him.
