Are you required to lead a meeting, negotiate a contract, manage a conflict situation in a language which is not your mother tongue? Our Communication Skills programme is the perfect solution. It helps you to manage professional communication situations effectively in a foreign language.
Like all our International Communications courses, our Communication Skills course comes with the CERAN “satisfied or retrained free of charge” guarantee.
Target languages: English & French (required levels: B2, C1 or C2)
Individual or intra-company group format (maximum 10 participants)
A preliminary questionnaire to fill in on the CERAN Learners portal before the start of the course
Cultural Assessment, a cultural profiling test taken at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the course.
In a 7-hour training day, an expert selected for both his linguistic and intercultural skills will accompany you to develop your communication skills in the following professional situations.
